We process the data you give us through our forms, email, phone or WhatsApp in order to:
- Answer your enquiries and requests for information or quotes.
- Manage pre-registrations for our training courses.
We do not create profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form, and, for pre-registrations, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Providers of technical services (such as web hosting or email) act as data processors, with the safeguards required by law.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@sentiec.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies, either its own or third-party, for analytics or advertising. It only stores your language and light/dark theme preferences in your browser (localStorage). This information is never sent to any server and you can delete it from your browser settings.
To display fonts, icons and the map, the site loads resources from external providers (Google Fonts, content delivery networks and OpenStreetMap). For technical reasons, these providers may receive your IP address.
